Astoria Fixed Route Motorcoach Operator

The Role

NW Navigator Luxury Coaches is hiring experienced Motorcoach Operators for fixed route trips between Astoria and Portland. You'll transport passengers by luxury motorcoach on a set, split schedule, with full-time and part-time positions available.

We're looking for experienced commercial passenger vehicle operators with a safe driving record and a pleasant, professional approach to customer service. You'll work with a well-maintained fleet of luxury vehicles and a team that values safety and professionalism.

The Pay

A flat rate of $150 per route, up to $300 per day, plus the potential for tips.

What Your Week Looks Like

This route follows a split schedule, with a morning run and an afternoon/evening run.

Coast side point start and end times:

AM

7:47 AM–12:44 PM

PM

4:52 PM–9:40 PM

Full-time: Monday through Friday each week, on the schedule above.

Part-time: Saturday and Sunday each week, on the schedule above. Occasional weekday or evening hours are also available as needed and as you are available for extra shifts.

What You Need To Apply

• Valid Class B CDL or higher with a passenger endorsement and a current medical card
• Professional, courteous customer service skills
• A clean driving record
• Able to lift luggage weighing 45–75 pounds, sit for long periods, climb steep vehicle steps and move comfortably along narrow passenger aisles
• At least two years of experience driving large commercial vehicles
• Able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana, with random screening as required
• Able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check
• A strong professional attitude and a clean, tidy appearance
• A team player
